Please ensure you have read the full Terms & Conditions below before you submit your purchase.
Goods
With this purchase you are making a contribution to the construction of the Dry Stone Wall Maze in Dalby Forest. You are paying for your initials to be carved in a stone which that’s built into the Maze. The stone will remain the property of the Forestry Commission before, during and after the construction as well as for the lifetime of the structure and beyond. You will not be able to take the stone home. Nor will you be able to see the stone in the Maze until the Maze ceases to be a construction site according to CDM regulations.
It will not be possible to make any changes to your initials, once payment has been made.
The initials will be carved by a stone carving artist as selected by the partnership. The type face used will be at the artist’s discretion. The location of the stone within the wall will be at the discretion of the builder according to the construction needs of the Maze.
Due to the nature of the stone used it is impossible to guarantee a lifespan of the stone or the carved initials.
Once the site is open to the public, you will be able to find your initials and visit them in the Maze as often as you wish (usual access charges to Dalby Forest apply).
